Do not recommend. Employees are very unprofessional. Rap music full of curse words blaring from their cell phone so loud you cannot hear yourself think. They refuse to acknowledge you or help you. Do not recommend at all! Would give zero stars if able.

Absolutely a Five * * * * * Star operation at 3075 E. Main St., Bexley, OH 43209. Super welcoming, friendly, helpful, patient, professional and they take great care to ensure customer satisfaction. Our mom was in a panic when her hoopty died! O'Reilly's was recommended! She wasn't sure what the matter was so they checked the battery and sure enough it was DOA. They answered all her questions. She didn't know what was the best battery to purchase.They discussed options and pricing and in no time she was back on the road. And she got a 3 year warranty with the purchase. Been getting auto and truck parts from this location for 15 years at least. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Today the manager, Jason, installed a new battery in my Kia Soul and taught me a few things about my car that I didn't know! Bonus!

Came to this store for a new battery and a couple other miscellaneous things.. the manager here and his staff was beyond helpful, they went out of their way to make sure I was educated as well as having the right parts. Definitely will visit this branch again!
