Dustin was an amazing help getting my fuel lines sorted out for my truck so I could get back to work . Every time I go here I get amazing service and my parts are always in stock .

This is by far the worst O’Reilly I’ve ever stepped into. The employee was rude, trashy, and completely unprofessional. He acted aggressive and intimidating, and in the middle of “helping” me, he went off on a disturbing rant about someone murdering his relative. Totally inappropriate, totally unacceptable. If this is the type of person O’Reilly hires, it says everything you need to know about their standards. I only went here because my car broke down next door, and I regret it. Never again. Avoid this location at all costs. (If there was an option for zero stars, I would select it)

Staff doesn't know how to hook up and test battery/alternator tester, they tried connecting red to black, very simple task that no one should mess up, especially a representative of an auto repair store. Ended up not letting them run test because I was fearful of them messing up my electrical system
