The store manager, Darrell, was so helpful! He replaced my car battery and gave me tips for the future if I ever needed to do it myself and what to watch out for if it went bad again. He was very kind and provided a great service.

We had an amazing experience at this O’Reilly’s! A sweet young lady came right out and tested our battery for us, and the store manager made sure we had everything we needed before getting back on the road. He took the time to go over our warranties and made sure we were completely covered. We’re out-of-towners heading home from visiting family in Michigan on Christmas, so this kindness meant more than they probably realize. Truly outstanding service—thank you for taking such great care of us! He truly blessed us and looked out for us the whole time. I wish there was an option for 100 stars ! They truly deserved it and felt very well taken care of. Thank you again for your amazing knowledge and service!
