Asked for assistance with a tail light. Employee asked me unnecessary questions about my engine, etc then shrugged his shoulders when I asked why he needed information unrelated to getting a new tail light. Asked him if he could look at my light to determine which part was burnt out. He told me no, no reason given. Asked his manager, came back and told me no. Asked if he would put in the new light (as they have many times before on my previous car). Told me no, no reason given. I left and his manager came out, they stared at me through the window smiling as I got in my car. Autozone took care of it in 5 minutes. Will never return to O'Reilly's

Angele was amazing I had a a horrible experience at another location so I called this one and she was extremely helpful and nice and answered every question I had and got everything I needed ordered for me … thank you angele for putting my faith back into oreillys after the experience I had with the other location … as someone in sales my self this when a long way for me

The employees were very nice, however I bought the last oil cap for my car. I showed them it had already been open so I still have my receipt. I get home and gave it to the man working on my car and the seal was missing. Cap was fine. The seal was not in package. The man that was working on my car said that's what is wrong with my cap the seal was old. I haven't returned it yet. I'm not from Columbus but will soon. Not the employees fault it's obvious people just took the seal out and left the cap, according to the tech that's what goes bad.

Luckily I was able to make it to the store with a bad battery. Joe was extremely helpful and got it tested/replaced within a half hour. Very friendly service.
