This place came in CLUTCH for our family! My wife’s 2004 Honda Accord’s alternator died AND the thermostat was not working causing zero heat about a week ago. Not cool for the Mrs. for being on Ohio in January to say the least! Needless to say Huy, Josh, and most importantly John (!!!) truly saved the day as John replaced the alternator and the thermostat in no time (after hours of course) for a very good cost. Wife’s car is running great and John truly saved the day! Thank you John and O’Reilly… you guys have earned a customer tonight for sure!

I will personally recommend this Oreilly store to anyone in need of a car battery or any auto parts. Your employee Huy went above and beyond my expectations to help me replace my battery. I have a foreign car and the battery installment store directly next door told me it was too difficult for them... Well it was not too difficult for Huy. He genuinely helped me when I felt I was not going to get this resolved today and I am so relieved. I don't know how to thank him enough. Having a baby in the car and places refusing to help you with something you need is stressful. Huy took all my worries away and I left happy. An experience I will always be thankful for!

Great people, very helpful. Help figure the battery I needed. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock but was able to get to their store by lunch time that same day. When my battery arrived, Jeff Hedlund called me to let me know it was in and when I arrived he installed it with no problems! 😀 Thank you, I will be returning for any other car parts needed!

Driver side low beam was out on my Equinox so I read the manual and realized entry was by the tire. While goggling the H11 bulb I noticed O’Reilly replaced bulbs. I bought the bulb and the technician proceeded to replace it and after a few minutes states it is too complicated for their free service so I asked what I needed and he said a L wrench. I went back to my apartment got a towel and my package of wrenches and noticed the screw head was stripped. Not saying he did it but I wonder. Needle nose pliers to the rescue from the maintenance guy, it took me quite a few tries but my arthritic hands and this 62 y/o grandma did it and replaced the bulb. I was so proud of myself for doing it by myself I called everyone and bragged.

Needed a new headlight in my Chevy Cruze, employee was great! He helped me find the right bulb, and put it in my car. Thank you!
