I had a fantastic experience at O'Reilly's! I went in looking for some specific car parts, and Sean was incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through the options, gave me great advice, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this store and especially Sean for his top-notch customer service!

On our way home to Dayton from Zanesville, my battery light came on while driving and many other lights came on along with jerking. Stopped here and they checked the battery. It was almost dead. They replaced it for me and they were very helpful. I appreciated them so much!

I don't usually leave reviews but I received EXCELLENT customer service at the Brice Rd location from Michael and Tony. There were 3 different headlight options for the headlight I needed replaced. The older gentleman, Tony went out and removed the bulb. I purchased the correct one and he installed it for me. I was having a stressful day and this super kind gesture mixed with the conversation we had while he was installing it, really helped brighten my day. I'm a busy single mom and it saved me so much time having him install it. This isn't the first positive experience I've had at this location. They always go above and beyond. Thank you O'Reilly's and thank you Tony!!!
