The lady at the store when I called for a part today wouldn't look to see if they had what I was looking for, she sounded slow and just lost a customer cause never did she tell me to come way out my way and look and she was right there... I will stick with autozone where they'll let you know if they got it and save you a trip....

Just went there to get my mom a battery and they told me they couldn't put the battery in because it calls for professional installation that was going to take over 40 minutes, which is not true. Its a Toyota camry and it does not take very long to install. We ended up going to advance auto parts and they helped us with no problem at all, it only took the guy 7 minutes to properly install the battery. The assistant manager at this O'Reilly is the one that refused us and told us to buy it from them and have a shop on Norton road put it in. Advance auto parts is so much better than this garbage store, we will be returning to advance auto parts for my future needs.

This place needs new employees. Asked kid about a relay and he sent me down an isle and it's something that's behind the counter. Losta customer for sure. Columbus is terrible. Lazy people

Oreilly is the furthest autopart store from me by several minutes, but always worth the trip. The staff is friendly, helpful, and actually knows their stuff. They didn’t have my part today, but went the extra mile to look it up online so I could get the job done. Even without a purchase, they earned my trust and might be my new go-to auto parts store in the area.
