I called on the phone to have a couple parts held for me. Angelica took my call and was so helpful and polite! When I entered the store later to pick up my items, I approached a young man at the counter and greeted him. He gave me an uncomfortable stare and did not greet me back. I mentioned what I was there for. He said nothing back to me, instantly turned to his coworker Angelica, and said "You took the call. You can take care of it." This made me feel very uncomfortable, as the young man should have been more welcoming and helpful to his customers, and should not automatically be passing the buck to another employee. Angelica kindly complied and took very good care of my order, explaining some helpful details and treating me with respect and kindness. I highly commend Angelica for her customer service and recognize her as an incredible asset to the O'Reilly team! Thank you, Angelica! 🙌

I do a lot of projects on older cars, and have found Rodney and everyone there is attentive when you get in the store, and interested in helping you get the right part. Selection is great and even returns are hassle free. Have been going since they opened, and they are always my first stop!

Was in a bit of a rush so I walked up to the register with two co-workers talking with each other. I politely asked if they could point me towards the wiper fluid. The young woman scoffed at me and the gentleman pointed and sarcastically goes "I'm LITERALLY looking at it." While walking up to the shelf to get my fluid I hear him turn to her and go "People like him come here all the time." Sorry that I don't know the exact layout of your store, and I guess I never will because I am never coming back. I suggest to management that you put people with even the slightest amount of charisma or customer service experience at the register.

Huge shout out to the assistand manager ( I think his name Is Brian but I will amend this review if it is different) for the excellent customer service. HIGHLIGHT OVERVIEW: -Quick and friendly service -Price matching -Assistance based on need rather than up-selling (I was given options for a battery replacement at 3 different price points) -Manager made sure to fact check all the information he gave me FULL DETAILS: I came in to get my battery tested and was helped immediately. I needed tools to access my battery which O'Reilly generously lent me after I dropped mine somewhere in the engine lol. I had two employees come outside to help me (and it was very cold). They didnt just tell me I needed a new battery, they went over the numbers and we confirmed the details together on Google regarding what I needed. I was very tight on my budget and the assistant manager spent extra time with me going over my options and tips on how to save additional money (price matching and returning my old battery for a discount). I spent some time in the parking lot replacing the battery and no one gave me a hard time. I'm leaving this review to help others find great customer service... if you stop by, let em know who sent you!

Great staff, friendly & they try hard but they need to get there car audio knowledge & section ugraded, hooked me up with everything else I needed though even matching spray paint but I had to go back & forth multiple times because not alot was on stock, go see Vinny, he's the man
