Great store but especially great help from Kelly! He went out of his way to help me with part of the installation of my mirror and did it with the best attitude possible. I really appreciate Kelly for all of his help, God Bless Him!

This location was incredibly helpful in charging my battery after it had died on a cold night (Feb 4th). Kelly, especially, did a great job and made quick work of getting the battery in and out. Highly recommend.

I came to this store on 01/21/2026 to buy something simple for my car, a light bulb. When I arrived at the door, it was 8:53 pm, and the store was already closed. I stood there for a few seconds to see if one of the two employees who were inside the store would help me, but they ignored me. Note that the store's posted hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm.

Purchased a car battery here that turned out to be too old and did not work. The next time I tried to start my car, it was dead. I had to jump it and take it to the dealership, which tested the battery and confirmed it was no good. I had to pay for a new battery and for the cost of service from the dealership thanks to the dead battery I got from Advanced Auto Parts. The store refused to allow me to return the battery for a refund, despite showing them the paperwork from the dealership, and despite one of the employees there acknowledging that the battery had been sitting on the shelf a very long time and might be too old.

Cris had me on Hold for 30 min i hang up called back twice he would pick up and didnt even say hello he would just say can u please hold and never answer the call
