Dishonest about return policy. I purchased an impact socket at 9:45 and inquired about the store return policy with the manager Toya. She assured me that as long as the item had that as long as the socket hadn’t been used I could return for a refund. I returned to the store same day at 10:40 to return the socket and was told they don’t accept returns on sockets by another associate. When I informed them Toya said as long as it hadn’t been used I could returned the followed up with Toya and she stated it hadn’t been used. I went to the aisle where I purchased the socket and found another in the same condition on the shelf as the socket I’d purchased. I’ll be following up and making a complaint with corporate. Be aware!

Kres was very helpful ! It got a little busy inside but he still took his time to assist me with my battery help . Truly appreciated that top of the line customer service .

Bad service I’m on the line she prefer atend phone call in front of me and make me wait after manager told her to atend me was a Black lady look they get mad when see a costumer comen in at the estire

Toya is fantastic, sweet, friendly, very helpful and deserves a bonus! We couldn't ask for better customer service. You're lucky to have such a good employee with the customers. People like her can really brighten someone's day.

I was that customer from this morning, where the delivery driver pulled in and almost hit my friends car, he came in pulling all fast and crazy, and then he threatened one of the workers at ntb. Sheesh if that's who they hiring then I'd definitely stay away from there
