I bought two deep well sockets to change a tire. They did not fit on the lug nuts. I took them back to return them, and the worker broke the plastic packaging off and handed them back to me, and said I could keep them because there was dirt on them or something. I legit didn't even use them. He had a horrible attitude. After returning them I was going to buy a flywheel and torque converter seal, about 100$ in parts. Not a huge amount, but after his attitude I'm going to AutoZone.

Hi owner, apparently you have some staff that needs training, because what is the definition of customer service, if they do not want to work and be courteous they should not deal with customers. I came there to buy some parts and the man at the front desk older guy did not know how to look up my vehicle saying my vehicle information cannot be found in the system. Never heard of such nonsense, so I left. Let me tell you something, God is the creator of all and you never know who might walk through those doors. God has angels everywhere be careful how you treat people. What God giveth He can also taketh away. 1 corinthians 10: 12 says let those who thinks he stands take heed lest he falls Have a wonderful day. God is coming soon we need to love each other.
