I went to O'Reilly's after going to Auto zone. Auto zone was still out of stock for clear sealer. They have been out for over a month. So I went next door to O'Reilly's. They didn't have it either, but they had a good selection of other sealers. What struck me most was the professionalism of the young man working there. Good man...

Came in pretty sure my car battery was fried☠️😭. It was raining, and a close by part store who shall remain unnamed just told me “we dont test batteries in the rain, I dont wanna get electrocuted 😑 “. So I figured id try my hand with O’reilly ☘️. Young lady behind the counter was friendly, I asked if they do battery tests in the rain, she said they absolutely do. Got the tester and walked right out to confirm my suspicions. Went in, gave me a recommendation for a good battery, even said we could swap it out here at the store and get the core charge refunded. Then came Wyatt from the store room. Tools in hand 🔧, ready to roll. I was going to stand outside in the rain and hold the battery (cause, ya know, solidarity ✊). But Wyatt said “Sir you can set the battery down and wait in the car so you dont get rained on. Wyatt had that battery swapped out and my car fired back up quicker than greased ⚡️💨 . Offered to tip him, he graciously declined, said “a little water never hurt anyone”, maybe he should share his philosophy with the folks next door. Car is up and running, day is salvaged, and I have a new preferred parts store. Thank you to Wyatt and the young lady working with him at this store on 3/3/26. If management or corporate see’s this review, then know that these folks aced ♠️ the customer service and deserve all the raises.

I couldn't figure out how to do my wiper blades and even though I didn't buy them from them they help me put them on. Great guys!!!

So, I went to the store to purchase coolant for my daughter's vehicle. I stood there for 3-4 minutes while the lady at the front played on her phone before even acknowledging me. I asked if she could please look up the right coolant for the car, and she acted as if it was an inconvenience to do so. I asked her if she could please show me where to put the coolant in, and she replied, "I just sell it, we don't do that here." When she went to the back to get the coolant I left and went next door to Auto Zone, where not only did they help me quickly, and acted as if they WANTED my business, the man was kind enough to show me where to put it, showed me the fill line so I didn't overfill it, and explained to me how to stay safe and only put it in when the car is nice and cool. This woman acted as if I weren't even welcome there at O'Reilly. I wish I had gotten her name, but she is a heavy-set African American woman and it was early morning, around about 8:30am- 10am. Worst service ever! I won't be back!
