Many of their workers are very bad at serving and are very disrespectful at the same time In particular, a worker named Chantz is very arrogant and orders and shouts a lot at customers. He doesn't serve well, but a lot of them just order and don't help. I tried to buy oil and he treated me very badly. The truth is I don't want to go back to that store anymore.

I wish I could give double stars for my experience yesterday. I was on a road trip to Chicago stranded in IN because my battery had completely popped. After a long day waiting for my towing service and being very stressed/alone in an unfamiliar city, Chantz and Alex were so so helpful and kind. Not only did they help me with buying my battery to replace, they took the time to explain everything that was going on, made me laugh through a tough situation, and even changed the battery for me. I left feeling very safe and taken care of, can't thank the two of them enough!!

They guys were ok. Probably over worked running around not to friendly but they took care of what I needed. Besides the 3 car accident outside it was a good trip.

Nice store, went I'm and had a mixup on a product and the manager on duty was understanding and got me right, and in return I've been a happy returning customer
