William helped me when I was trying to get to my destination for a back to school event the manager let him help me and I can’t thank this location enough for finding my problem and getting me back on the road to my event for the kids in my complex I manage! Will definitely use this location again! The best

I don't appreciate the amount of money I spend with you guys and your employee was saying that the tool that was the wrong one that if was used, YELLED it like a dilo now body wants a used one, if your so concerned about me ripping nth store off of a tool, granted I ended spending money there anyway but its totally cool my child hears the language coming out of that mans mouth, he had the silly hat on that gentleman

I went to the O'Reilly's off 38th and Post rd. A employee named. Pablo gave me the best customer service. He was professional and made sure I was taken care of. That made my day. Thanks Pablo.

I forgot my face mask but I ask the guy cashier if I can use my shirt to cover my nose and mouth to get something real quick so he ask the lady manager, she say no. When I walk out, next customer just went in THEN...YOU BE THE JUDGE. Where the mask on that customer?
