I was 2 hours from home, in town for a wedding when my vehicle came up with a Charging System Service Now error. Austin went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in condition to make it home. He helped to figure out the issue and stayed with my sister and I while the battery was replaced and made sure we were good to go. He and his team did a fantastic job and i highly recommend visiting their store.

I've been to many O'Reilly's but this one is sad no one greets you no one offers to help you they look at you like you're bothering them. They just watch you roam the aisles aimlessly don't ask to help you find nothing. People in there don't even be looking like they work there walk around with no uniform showing I don't know probably won't go back to this one

I would like to take the time to thank Eric for installing my battery for me no one would help me he did an amazing job he was patient he was kind and very thoughtful the best customer service ever he really made my day because I was going through a rough time trying to get a battery and I don't know nothing about cars I haven't had a problem With my battery since i will always choose o'reilly's as long as he's working there i know eric will get the job done

Went to one place, got sent to another, who also didn’t have the part I needed. Guys at the front were great, ordered the part for me and said he could get it there by 5pm. I told him I would come back and get it in the morning, showed up around 9 and they didn’t get it. Not their fault, it’s the logistics department for the stores here that need some work. Talked to a different guy and he said he would personally call the truck driver and guarantee it would be there by 10:30 and it was. This store is great, but corporate O’Reilly needs to look at their logistics for this area.

Mostly got ignored until check out. The guys that came in before me were greeted and I had to find what I needed on my own.
