I stopped by to pick up a simple part, but the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and I spent way too much time wandering around looking for someone to assist me. When I finally got some attention, the person was dismissive and unhelpful, making it clear they didn't really care about my issue at all. It is definitely not a place I would recommend if you are looking for actual help or decent customer service.

If you wanna waste your tme go right there. 1 cashier for 8 people on lane. That's why i prefer to go to Autozone

Thank you so much for your help this evening! I brought my car here right after I got it out of the shop after 10 days…’my battery was dying and everyone was so pleasant! Thank you to the man who put my battery in and was so polite! Good people are hard to find these days! I hope that he is valued by O’Reillys.

The employees decided to close the storage for them to be recorded and calling their friends to show them what was going on outside Well they told me sorry I wanted to record this I open it in a bit that was their response to me. I will say that's not acceptable.
