We are from out of state and stopped by this store, (store1865, 2915 Madison ave, Indy), on a Saturday to get free diagnostic code on our truck. This store was so busy, we waited and got what we came for. What really stood out at this location and impressed us was the costume service personal. The people waiting on the customers had impeccable customer service skills, friendly, happy to help, a steady pace, they all were very knowledgeable of the products, their locations on the floor and back room, as well as procedures and processes, all this all going on and still served each customer as the most important. They didn't miss a beat! So a huge thank you to Evan Walker, Angie M., and Shy L., for your professionalism and your magnificence that shines! I highly recommend this store for your auto needs! This is a wow review that just doesn't happen every day.

The assistant manager Shy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when my car battery died! She helped get my car back in working condition and I’m so impressed with the care and extra level of customer service. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service on treating people. This is how you make AND RETAIN customers !! I can buy auto parts from 14 different places in this area. This will be the first place I go. Kudos to the staff.

Best Oreilly's around. They always have things in stock. I'd rather drive to this Oreilly's everytime and I have several that are closer to me. It is a hub store.
