This review refers to Jay and Paul - especially Jay. I walk in first thing Monday and find the place jammed with Monday-morning home mechanics. Jay was all about customer service though — didn’t seem at all overwhelmed. I mean this: he calmly explained to customers what he was helping them with; and I heard plenty of thank-yous. I noticed that same about Paul; but it was Jay that I got help from when it was my turn. In the end, despite having to wait, I appreciated that Jay gave me the time to make me feel special. Thank you those who make these two present for people like me!

Donovan is wonderful, I thought i knew everything but he educated me on the different types of hoses and fuel lines. I appreciate his knowledge to share with me without making me feel stupid.

Quick and always an easy experience. The guys know what they are talking about and it definitely has a small town part store feel here. Also like that they will check to see if other locations have stock of items. They also price match with proof of cheaper prices.

Go with confidence. Instead of selling me a battery I didn't need they sent me to where my warranty would be honored.

I like and trust these guys. I've had nothing but good experiences here. As an older woman, I find that many places are happy to overcharge me. Not here. 😀
