Well thought i just needed brake pads. Having a special 2 rotors and pads free. I did not qualify for free rotors because you have to buy them together. After I got wrong pads had to go back again. I got cheated out of 60.00 of free pads. After spending almost 500.00 total

Stopped in there today as I needed help with finding the correct screws... for a license plate cover I had bought at Walmart. (Ones included were wrong size.) Not only did Dylon help me find what I needed, he took the time to put it together and put on the car. Very nice and well mannered young man! Thanks again Dylon!

I called first, for an alternator, they did not have it in stock. Donna orders one and 2 hours later I received a phone call that the part was in! As it turns out I did not need the alternator (it was a belt) so I returned the part the following day with the receipt and got immediate credit back on my card. All with excellent customer service.

The workers are so helpful and polite. They go out of their way to make sure you properly have what you need. We drive from Loogootee to Washington because of the difference in service at the 2 stores.
