Needed a battery tested. Very helpful, efficiently done, and information completely provided. All no cost. Two days later to actually replace. Battery needed was in stock and they suggested using Jim Taylor for installation (bat required tech) and then return of old bat for core refund. Customer service was top notch. Dealt with multiple folks and all great. Well run store.

After ordering a set of windshield wipers from AMZ, which didn’t fit my vehicle, & scouring the internet trying in vain to find the exact right part, I went to O’Reilly’s. Trevor kindly, politely, expertly, & quickly came back with the correct part, assuring me it was exactly the same type of wipers originally installed on the car. I was frustrated & skeptical. Trevor further said that they would install the wipers free of charge. My husband had driven me to the store & agreed this was a good idea, since I’d been struggling trying to make the other set fit (& was on my last nerve.) It turns out the wipers Trevor sold me were the exact right fit, easily snapping right into place! Trevor gets an AAA+++ for SERVICE & I’m going to O’Reilly’s for my auto parts needs from now on — Big Thanks to Trevor & Team!

Great work guys! He tested my battery quickly and showed that it had died. He showed me the options to replace and then installed it for me.

LEE THE ONLY PERSON WORKING WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, I waited in line for 20 minutes only for him to tell me he couldn’t help me,As he was RAISING his voice (YELLING) at me !! he shouldn’t be in the auto parts field AT ALL ! Would never use this OR ANY OTHER O,REILLY’S EVER AGAIN ! He could be TERMINATED FROM THAT OR ANY OTHER O’REILLY’S OR ANY OTHER AUTO PARTS STORES ! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE & making an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL BODY, just to fill the VOID OF EMPLOYMENT!!! NEVER AGAIN
