I had an excellent experience with Jose at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Pacific Beach. My vehicle was having battery issues, and Jose took the time to test the battery and quickly determined that it was bad. He then checked the warranty information and found that the battery was still covered under warranty, saving me the cost of a replacement. Jose made the entire process easy and stress-free, replacing the battery promptly and getting me back on the road. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help were outstanding. Great customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Jose and the team at O'Reilly Auto Parts in PB for anyone needing automotive assistance.

Jack was outstanding. He installed my battery, tested the battery, starter, and alternator, and thoroughly scanned the truck to ensure everything was in order. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I left confident that the issue was entirely resolved. His attitude was positive, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Excellent customer service and someone who clearly knows what he’s doing. I really appreciated his help and would absolutely come back because of him.

Jack was awesome. So helpful with my replacement gas cap and wiper blade purchase. He looked up exactly what I needed, showed the options on the screen, and even grabbed the wiper blades for me and rang me up. He installed the wiper blades for me, and was kind enough to grab a funnel and pour my windshield solution in for me. I think that’s above and beyond just a free wiper blade install. Thanks Jack!

I came into O'Reilly at the 1501 Garnet Ave location and the RSS, Jose was extremely helpful and very generous. He provided me great customer service and offered to assist me in replacing my battery. I was very satisfied and would recommend this location, especially with Jose, for all your needed services.

Kudos to Justin. Thanks Dude for assisting me yesterday morning with my transmission fluid and enlighten me in educating me on a few things gave me a couple pointers that we seen in the book thanks for playing those out to me kudos to the hiring manager good either with Justin very knowledgeable and helpful not racist at all
