I’ve been trying to get my commercial account set up for 3 years now and they failed to do it every time. I got to the Oreillys up the street and they did it in two seconds they didn’t need any info just my name and address that’s all they had to do was enter my name in the system. They messed me around for 3 years and the final straw was when I came into their store and over heard them giving.a white kid an account and it took him two mins to set it up. When I questioned them on this he told me he needed to see me resell certificates and this is false they only need that for me to be tax exempt and proceeded to check me out on my old account instead of setting up my new one. I called them the next day and told them I got my account set up in two mins at another store so it’s 100 percent just this store and lord behold the manager Kody had the nerve to yell at me and not let me speak. 0 out of zero stars 3 years of being a customer at that store thousands spent zero customer service I’m a very sad hurt customer today seeing that white kid get an account that was just for one part and said hi dad was the one who was a mechanic there so easy after I been trying to for years literally made me cry.

Michael, thank you for being so kind, patient, and informative. I haven’t experienced over-the-top customer service like that in a minute. You clearly know so much about your job and actually enjoy it and it shows. Thanks again for all your help!

This O'Reillys is a very big one. Had no problem getting my part here. Everyone here seemed friendly and the one that helped me made it so easy to get what I needed.

I’ve been a long time customer of their competitor, but after today’s experience, they have a new customer. Alan assisted me with my purchase and his customer service is off the charts. I thought I was $900 in the hole, but Alan told me about O’Reilly’s price match and he even helped me search for prices on the internet. I ended up paying less than half what I thought I would pay. ***UPDATE*** Went back on 02/11/2026 and had a completly different experience. Carlos declined to honor a price match for a part that they carry from the same manufacturer, as if it were coming out of his own pocket. He couldn’t explain precisely why but he probably felt the parts would be too cheap if he price matched. Still shopping here for some things but definitely buying my parts elsewhere.

Two star rating due to the fact that I brought a BMW battery there to get charged and upon returning to hit my battery the employee a young kid blonde here said that the battery was bad and didn't hold a charge recently I had the same battery sent to a mechanic in the mechanic told me that the battery is good and it's fully charged a certified mechanic said this so either the employee at O'Reilly's is lazy or he just didn't like me I don't know very very upset not pleased with this I will not be returning to this O'Reilly's the ignorance of the employee was just unforgettable. So if you want your battery charged at this place I wouldn't recommend that
