great customer service! tried to return a pair of rhino ramps that were new and ordered online. i had the receipt and all the information needed, and the rude caucasian man with glasses at the very front counter looked at me all confused and up and down rudely, and refused to help me whatsoever. It's crazy how people work at this store and have no idea what they are talking about. I ended up confirming with online support and customer service and they told me that as long as I had the receipt - any in store Oreillys will be able to take the return. But no. Mans didn't even bother to ask anyone else for support and just turned me down. Thanks for wasting my gas and my time. I'll just buy parts from a third party dealer.

Shout out to Irwin for helping us deal with a part exchange that was a logistic/inventory nightmare out anyone's control. Higher up needs to work on proper labeling so the employees don't have to deal with these mess ups!

Super helpful staff and a great selection of auto parts! I always find what I need, and they make the process so easy. Definitely my go-to place for car repairs and maintenance.

01/10/2026 9:30pm I went to this O'Reilly's to buy a battery. I asked the associate if they installed batteries and he nodded, but I'm not sure how well he understands English, because after buying the battery he REFUSED to install it!!! Even though O'Reilly's advertises free battery installation on their website!!! Now I have to wait 3-5 days for 300+$ to be deposited back into my bank account!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
