I called to ask for a price on a battery. A woman by the name of Patsy answered. She was EXTREMELY rude, I happen to work at O’Reilly myself. When I told her I did (so that she could provide me with my employee pricing) she tried to play off her rudeness, and unprofessionalism and because I wasn’t buying it, she became even more rude, aggressive and gave me more attitude and said “You should know this! You work here!” (As if I should have all the prices memorized) I asked to speak with a manager she said he wasn’t there so I asked if Salvador was there, her answer was “He is not a manager and he is not here!” her aggressive tone and negative behavior made me not even want to step into that store. I feel bad for the clients that have to deal with her, so unacceptable!!

Always has what I need! Replaced this battery with their battery

No good service always busy working on something else letting people wait only one assisting others talking in the stock area when i asked if there was someone available he said I'm helping a customer no matter how many people is wating they don't call for back up. MANAGER NEEDS TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BE MORE EFFICIENT

Use another auto parts store, staff is very rude and not helpful. Ended up wasting my time and gas. Worst service Ive seen in a long time.
