This is a great place for auto parts. This is my go-to whenever I need something for my vehicle. There is usually a wait; they get a lot of phone calls. I love that they offer a military discount, for which I am grateful. It is awesome they recognize the military neighbors this way. They also take dead household batteries for recycling. A huge plus! ♡

Mario assisted with the reading my car needed, but was the most unfriendly worker I've met in a while. He didn't make eye contact when I walked in and started asking a question, and I didn't know he was talking to me. He just looked like he hated this job and didn't want to be there and it reflected in the customer service. I'll go elsewhere for auto needs. Thanks!

Today I tried to purchase two items of ArmorAll. Again two sales clerks, both too engaged to acknowledge my waiting and purchase. I walked out, never ever will I attempt to purchase from this location or company. There are numerous locations to buy this item, don't need to wait . We were there to purchase items for our new vehicles. Placed a few items in their store basket. We stood behind the 'line starts here '. Both clerks at the counter were assisting other customers. Another clerk was answering a phone call. After 10 minutes, no one reached out to us .... Will be with you in a minute. All we wanted was to pay for our stuff. We both left, probably never go back.

I came to replace my headlight and a gentleman named Tom helped me out. He looked up my car figured out which headlight it was, put it in for me and made sure it worked before I left. Thank you Tom for taking time out to help me! I saved so much money coming here instead of going somewhere to get it fixed.

I had an excellent experience at the O’Reilly store near my shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I easily found exactly what I needed. Plus, the location is super convenient. I will definitely be back!
