If I could give more than five stars I would because the friendly and helpful staff are patient and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you came in for. They may even install your battery for you! They have a huge selection and are open late on Sundays. I love these guys!

Jason, Mark and + another guy who helped me (but I didn’t get his name) - They were amazing! I appreciate their effort and hard work! Everyone was so friendly and helpful when I was having an issue with my car battery. They helped me jump my car and install a new battery the next day! Amazing service! I look forward to doing all my auto part business here!

Came in and got helped pretty quick by Martin, who offered to put my windshield wipers on. Service was friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend this O'Rilleys over others!

I called ahead because I needed to pick up 5 parts and they pulled them all for me. Luis also helped me figure out how to install headlights because it was my first time! He was great at explaining and very professional and patient with me! Great experience plus I appreciate their military discount! Thanks again Luis!! 5 stars for him alone!! Super knowledgeable too because another employee steered me wrong with the lights which were very confusing for me. This saved me a good $200-300 doing it myself vs what the dealership/mechanics quoted me.

Went in there yesterday to exchange Castrol sw20 for sw30. I purchased on 27 April 2025 Sunday 10:00 hrs. I did not have the receipt, but I had the bank transaction on my phone. Steve behind the counter wasn't really into the customer service thing. Hardly spoke at all. I asked. I just wanted to exchange no money back, but I needed a paper receipt even though I had proof of the transaction. Will try again with a different rep. Steve was the one trying to assist me but not helpful at all. Like a robot.
