I came here 3/28/2026 @ 12:15pm to see why my vehicle engine light turned on. A tall male Hispanic wearing glasses & kinda bald at the top of the head, help me check why & he was rude manner towards I became speaking in Spanish to another employee worker & I was just standing there. I told him what kinda of product he recommended & as he was getting the item he called out another employee on training to show me what will work. I was mad & couldn't believe the racist this person has against me. As I watch he walked to the counter looking at his cell phone & talking to the other Co-worker. They young training guy didn't hardly knew what he was going to give me. so I told him I'm leaving. Lefted out of there mad & it wasn't crowded at all. Bunch of guys having fun inside work & goofing around. Not coming to this O'Reilly at this location at lemon Grove Broadway/federal waisted time gas & mileage which is not worth it. I would like to fine a job were you can joke around do nothing & still get paid for the day. Like these worker's do.

Came here last Sunday after my car died the night before, dead battery. I called here a d Diego answered the phone, quickly answered my questions and told me to come in. I was in and out in 10 minutes. My dad who lives in Texas was very grateful for Diego's help in installing my batter so I didn't electrocute myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart as it had been a stressful weekend and you made it a lot better. Keep up being amazing Diego!!

Alan was so sweet and so helpful when I was in a stressful situation with my car key. Assisted me and offered me tools I needed as well. Super sweet. Thank you Alan!

Worse service same tall guy look hispanic he didn’t want to help me me to check the battery that I bougt in one of their store he told me I had to take it to where I got it si I have to drive all the way the one in el cajón blvd very good service there I’m not going back the one on lemon grove 👎
